I got notified that this tribe was changed to private. Not really sure why. I deleted any semi-questionable photos.
And, I changed it to moderated membership.

If anyone does anything to get me in trouble, I'm booting your bottom. I really don't want to be unsubbed.

So, keep it clean kids.

Consider this your warning before the bottom kickin'!

    removing stuff and changing to moderated doesn't help.

    You could leave a super skanky pic as the main pic, and rename the tribe to "the Skeezy H*-bag F*** fest". All you have to do is change the category from Mature to Automotive.

    What the hell? I don't remember any racy pics! Now people are being unsubbed left and right? Crazy, man.

    At least Tribe is still OVER 18, right? I don't think I could handle co-mingling with teens. That's why I try to avoid the mall.

        The Baron was the sweetest, smartest, weirdest, coolest most creative ...artistic and unique teen *EVER*...and HE STILL IS as far as I can tell ; )

        I remember him having loads of weird toys in his room, but perhaps that is something time has grown in me poor memory. He made films at 16 (prolly before he was born), he drew fantastic comic book like characters he made crazy music.

        I also remember something especially lovely about him. He had the ability to move effortlessly around different "groups" in high school...to float but not become wed to any of them. He managed to be friends with me and my high school Nemesis URSULA without getting caught in the crap-of-it-aLL.

        In that sense, he seemed to have a sensitivity to everyones feelings.

        Intuitive/Empathic.

        I can't remember Dave *EVER* saying a bad word about anyone.

        In fact, he is one of just 3 people I really felt comfortable being myself around in high school.

        I knew Dave did not have a mean bone in his body and would *NEVER* do anything that would hurt me or anyone else.

        which is, if you think of it, a description of a highly sensitive and WISE individual...he was only 16.

        Evolved.

        Mature....

        He remembers himself as being "twerpy" or "self absorbed"...funny how we see ourselves when we look back.

        I felt and feel so lucky to be his friend.

        Okay, he *DID* have a New Wave/ New Romantic Hairdoo but THAT is ALL I AM SAYING!

          Jeez, Confetta, thanks for saying all that nice stuff about me. Gosh, um, well, I WISH I had been as wise as I SEEMED to be. Yeah, funny how that works.

          Regarding the various groups, I always felt like I was marginal, never really part of anything. The older I get, the more I realize a LOT of people felt that way in high school. Frankly, I tend to distrust people who say "I LOVED high school, I had TONS of friends; it was the BEST time of my life." Eeesh! Maybe I'm just envious of people who had an easy time of it.

          I didn't realize how mean Ursula was until after you had graduated, and then I found out she was calling my punk rocker girlfriend "wet rat" and worse, and then in senior year she actually dared to proposition me by saying "so, what would it take to get you in bed?" so I said "uhhh, I'd have to be reeeallly tired."

      I have to agree with fetters- they really frown on anything that may imply...dare I say it?....bestiality. I had a picture of my sister in a lamb costume and they wiped it out! I'm afraid to post the pics of me from halloween as a child when I was dressed as a bunny!!! Hey maybe it was that bunny pic of David as a kid? Was that on this tribe? David is just a person who brings controversy wherever he goes! David what's with that man?

            I used to have the me-in-a-bunny-pic posted in my own gallery but I took it down a while back.

            Do you think TOU would remove my kindergarden halloween costume if I posted it? I was the dirty old man from "Laugh In"? It was purchased at Gemco in 1972.
